Purpose
Clamps of this type are used in construction for lifting and moving concrete slabs. Clamps for floor slab panels must have special openings with a diameter not less than 55 mm.
Design
The hoisting unit has a balance-beam type design. Slinging is carried out by turning the bearing element (balance-beam) around the vertical axis and securing with the threaded stop.
The design of the clamp allows secure fixing concrete slabs with a width of 100 to 150mm. The clamp is used with the 4SK (4-leg) type sling; for fastening a plate with more than 4 points of attachment it is recommended to use slings with balancing blocks. ZPP type clamp for floor slab panels facilitates quick slinging of panels of most sizes. Load capacity of a single clamp: 2.5t.
