Purpose
LMCh winch has been designed for hoisting and relocation operations during construction, installation, and other operations, as well as to fit into construction hoisting devices and machinery.
The working member of the winch is a drum that serves to wind the rope. The winch drum is coupled with the low-speed shaft of the gearbox on one side, and on the support through the bearing on the other. Gearbox increases the torque and reduces the speed.
Main difference of LMCh from LM is a worm gear distinguished by greater reliability.
Winch can operate in the following conditions:
- Environment – not explosive;
- Temperature – from -40 °C to + 40 °C;
- Working position – mounted on horizontal platform;
- Mode of operation – light-duty;
During installation, the winch must be securely fixed at the working site, and grounded. Do not weld the winch to the supporting surface! The weight of the lifted load should not exceed the nominal capacity of the winch. Wire rope must be securely fixed. With full unwinding of the rope, there should be at least three convolutions of the rope.
